CLEANING UP YOUR RECORD

Petitions for Expunction

In Texas an expunction (or expungement) is a legal process that permanently erases or destroys records of an arrest, charge, or conviction from an individual’s criminal history. Once granted, the event is treated as if it never occurred, and you generally have the legal right to deny it on employment, housing, or loan applications.

Orders of Nondisclosure

In Texas, a petition to seal a record is officially known as a Petition for an Order of Nondisclosure. Unlike an expunction, which destroys records, sealing restricts public access while allowing law enforcement and certain government agencies to still view the information.

CALL ME AND LETS SEE IF YOUR CASE QUALIFIES. ITS FREE!

My goal is to protect your record! Often times we get a dismissal but without following through the dismissed charges still show on your record. If you think you are eligible to seal or expunge your record give me a call and I can help you.
